What a wonderful afternoon we had around his kitchen island slicing and dicing, rolling and scooping. After most of the prep work was done we shared a cold glass of Rosé in his garden. Our lunch started with gazpacho and an onion tart. Our main was pesto and onion baked fish. We ended with wonderful almond cookies and ice cream…and of course coffee. All 6 of us had a hand in preparing the meal and we all had a great time.
